The Konecty test switches were developed in accordance with the most rigorous safety standards in the electrical sector, designed to provide total safety to electrical panel operators.
Being the simplest, fastest, and most reliable method of performing tests, calibrations, and monitoring of electrical equipment, without the need to de-energize systems, they can test potential and current circuits of relays, energy meters, and other industrial applications.
Main cover with protection function during maintenance
It serves for protection when the test switch has open poles, that is, during maintenance, whereby the lower part of the switch, which is energized, is completely protected in case of impact or dropping of any tool or electricity-conducting object.

To use the KEY-S cover as protection for maintenance/testing, it is necessary that, with one or more poles open, the position of the cover is inverted, positioning the studs of the test switch in the lower holes of the cover and fixing with the closing nut, as per the example.
The poles will remain isolated and the operator will have the freedom to work on the contacts without danger.
Optional
- Extended base for using three-phase socket for auxiliary equipment connection
- Differentiated colors for keys
- Phase identifiers on keys
- Transparent cover with extended wings for protection of connection terminals
- Interlocking pinn
Application and Operation
The KEY-S switches allow electrical isolation for connection, repair, or equipment monitoring when the blades are in the open position. In the closed position, the KEY-S maintains the operation and continuity of electrical circuits within their normal characteristics.
Constructive Characteristics
Base
Injection molded in plastic material with excellent insulation and mechanical resistance, capable of withstanding high temperatures without deforming its structure.
Can be provided in the following versions:
- Base injection molded in black or crystal clear polycarbonate;
- Basic with or without lateral fixing wings;
- Extended black base for use with three-phase socket for connecting similar equipment.
Main Cover
Injection molded in transparent plastic material with high resistance against mechanical shocks. The cover is removable and features sealing devices against fraud. Designed to protect connection terminals and provide more agility to the operator, it comes in versions with extended protective wings, without protective wings, and with cut-out protective wings for wide conductor passage. Features an indelible identification with information about the manufacturer, product, model, year of manufacture, voltage, and current.
Voltage and Current Disconnection Sets
All disconnection sets are manufactured in special extra-hard brass, with spring effect and surface protection treatment of components. They have excellent mechanical resistance and electrical conductivity.
The voltage disconnection sets consist of simple blade switches with independent activation for potential circuits. They are separated by insulating barriers molded into the base and with reinforced height to prevent any possibility of voltage arcs.
The current disconnection sets are composed of blade switches that allow short-circuiting the secondary of current transformers before the total opening of the blades. Along with these disconnectors, there is a measuring bridge for each current circuit, allowing the use of auxiliary equipment without the need to disconnect conductors.
Neutral Pole
Consists of a continuous key or blade manufactured in special extra-hard brass, connecting the input and output terminals of the switch.
Blade Actuation Keys
Injection molded in high-resistance insulating plastic material to protect the operator from touching conductive parts. They are designed with an ergonomic opening and can be configured with differentiated colors, circuit identifiers, and mechanical interlock pins to open two blades simultaneously.
Connection Terminals
Produced in brass with surface treatment and excellent electrical conductivity, allowing a firm and secure connection of conductors.
